Andy “Captain Andy” King

Andy, born and bred in Ohio, has been with Bonita Boat Rentals since he was a young lad just out of high school. Since then, he has perfected the art of saltwater fishing in the Estero Bay and surrounding areas. Also an avid diver with several certifications, Andy loves spearfishing. Proof of this mastery of angler skills is showcased with his captain’s license; so if you’re wondering where the bite is, Andy’s your guy!

Snoop

Andy’s Jack Russel, Snoop, is the unofficial mascot of Bonita Boat Rentals. The friendly dog can be seen meandering about the property everyday Andy works. Adored by millions, Andy has received many adoption offers and several tempting monetary proposals for his dog; but he has failed to accept any bid for his best friend Snoop. So unless you have an offer he can’t refuse, don’t expect Andy to consent to your adoption request ‘cause Snoop is here to stay!

Richard “The Old Man” Mohlenhoff

Always slaving away at the paper work and actively checking news in the office, The Big M is Bonita Boat Rental’s resident worker ant. Of course this “slaving away” means leisurely drinking his coffee, his “paper work” usually consists of reading the New York Post, and most of the “news” he checks out are old movies playing on AMC; still, Rich was an integral part of Bonita Boat Rentals’ beginning back in 1988 and he continues to play an active role in the business by working in the office daily.

Eric Mohlenhoff

Eric can be seen at the business working upstairs in his office, mingling with guests staying at the motel and customers taking out the boat, or fixing up a boat motor in the back by the docks. When not working at the boat rental or motel, Eric loves to take family vacations to National Parks all over the country or work on his art hobby of welding the beautiful fish found in Southwest Florida out of aluminum.

Ellen Mohlenhoff

Ellen can be seen at the business cleaning the motel rooms so they’re spotless for our guests, mingling with said guests, assisting The Old Man with his responsibilities in the office, or directing parking during busy hours. She is Andy’s aunt and as an Ohio native she is a devoted Browns, Indians, and Cavaliers fan (don’t ask her how she feels about LeBron).
